Corporate Rentals

The Conservatory is available to rent for meetings and luncheons, company parties and promotional events. Our greenhouse is an elegant, lush backdrop for cocktails or a fun educational experience, while the Orchid Pavilion is a blank canvas, adaptable to your needs.

As a local landmark, we're a beloved venue for locals and an exceptional choice when you're looking to dazzle out-of-towners. Regardless of transportation arrangements, the Conservatory offers reserved parking, a grand entrance from shuttle drop-offs, or convenient valet.

CAPACITY

The Conservatory can be an intimate setting for 50 guests, or a grand venue for 500. Inquire with event specifics for detailed capacity information.

VENDORS

We work with an exclusive list of outside caterers and lighting specialists. View the Approved Vendor List, which also includes our local favorites for other event and meeting services.

AVAILABILITY

The facility is available to rent year-round, daily. Daytime events will have private access to the Orchid Pavilion only, as the greenhouse gardens remain open to the public until 4:30pm. Additional fees may apply for holidays, Mondays and Sundays.

PRICING

For a quote, email rentals@sfcof.org with the following information: preferred date and time of rental, length of time, estimated number of guests, and type of event.

Events for more than 250 people may incur tenting fees.

Setup and breakdown are complimentary on day of event; additional setup days are billed at $500 flat for access within regular business hours.
