Ooh. What’s Night Bloom?
Night Bloom is a light and sound experience with installations dispersed throughout the Conservatory of Flowers. Walking is the primary means of viewing the exhibit. Just under one mile of walking is required to experience every element. Visitors may repeat the walk as many times as they like.

Music from Night Bloom was produced and developed by Roth Audio Design.
Admission / Pricing
I’m in! How do I buy a ticket?
Funny you ask. First visit www.conservatoryofflowers.org/nightbloom. Once there, select a date on the calendar. You will be taken to Eventbrite to complete your purchase and select an entry time.
We recommend purchasing your ticket in advance as the event sold out last year.
Night Bloom is sold out! How can I attend?
We recommend purchasing a ticket for a future date on our site here: www.conservatoryofflowers.org/nightbloom. Don’t wait as tickets sell out quickly.
Are you selling Night Bloom tickets through a third party or reseller?
We do not recommend purchasing tickets from third parties or resellers.
Can I bring my children or friends who are under 21?
Yes! Night Bloom is open to guests of all ages.
Do children age 8 and under need a ticket?
Nope, they do not need a ticket.
What does my general admission ticket include?
A night of pure, unadulterated fun. The general admission ticket includes entrance to the Conservatory of Flowers where you will experience light and sound transform the Conservatory galleries. Admission also includes access to the Conservatory campus where there will be food and drinks.
What does the Bloom Lounge ticket include?
The Bloom Lounge ticket is a new addition to Night Bloom this year. This ticket offers guests table service of small bites and curated drinks, included in admission, in one of our enclosed inflatable bubbles. The lounge is yours for an hour and half. During this time, you will be able to enter the Conservatory of Flowers galleries to experience Night Bloom.
Can I purchase tickets in advance?
Visitors are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance at www.conservatoryofflowers.org/nightbloom.
Can those eligible for discounts purchase tickets for others?
Conservatory members are eligible to receive discounted admissions per event, based on their membership level. Individual membership holders receive one discounted admission while family membership holders receive four discounted admissions, per event.
Are there group discounts?
Please email rentals@sfcof.org to learn more about group discounts.
Are complimentary guest passes valid for this event?
No, complimentary guests passes are not valid for Night Bloom.
Is my ticket good for daytime admission?
No, your ticket is only good for the Night Bloom event.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed into the Night Bloom event or the Conservatory of Flowers.
What items am I not allowed to bring into the event?

What is a timed ticket?
A timed ticket allows you to go into the Conservatory of Flowers galleries at a particular time. Timed entry helps to ensure that all guests enjoy their Night Bloom experience.
What happens if I miss my entry time?
There is a 15 minute grace period for timed entry; entry is not guaranteed if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your ticketed time.
Are refunds/exchanges offered?
Refunds/exchanges are not offered for Night Bloom ticket purchases due to the high volume of ticket sales. In the event that you are unable to use your ticket, please consider your purchase a donation to the Conservatory of Flowers, a 501c3 non-profit. Tax I.D. 23-7131784
Can I transfer my timed ticket?
Yes, you can transfer to a different event or ticket type from the Tickets page of your Eventbrite account. Simply select your order/registration (under Upcoming Events), then click “Transfer.”
You can choose “Change Event” to transfer to a different night or select “Change Ticket” to transfer to a different ticket type within the same night you’re currently registered for.
Are tickets sold at the door?
In the case of an event not selling out, tickets will be available at the door on the day of the event at a higher rate: $34 (General Public) and $80 (Bloom Lounge).
What forms of payment are accepted?
Online payment accepts all major credit cards. On-site we accept all major credit cards and cash.
Is there an ATM on site?
There is no ATM on site, however we do accept debit cards as a form of payment.
What is the last entry time?
The last entry is 10:30 p.m.
Is the Conservatory of Flowers open in the daytime during Night Bloom?
Yes, the Conservatory is open to daytime visitors during its regular hours of operation.
Is the Night Bloom event accessible?
The Conservatory of Flowers is wheelchair accessible for both motorized and non-motorized chairs.
Is accessible parking available?
Disabled parking is located at the east side of the building and also on John F. Kennedy Drive in front of the Conservatory. Drop-off ramp access to the Conservatory is available on the west side of the building near the public restrooms.
Are accessible bathrooms available?
Yes, accessible restrooms are located on the west side of the Conservatory.
How should I dress?
We recommend dressing in layers as it will be cold outdoors but warm indoors.
What happens if it rains?
Night Bloom is both indoors and outdoors and is a rain or shine event. Food and drink are available outside the Conservatory of Flowers and may have lines, please dress accordingly.
How should I dress in the event of rain?
A large portion of the event is outdoors and so we recommend wearing waterproof shoes and bringing along umbrellas in the event of rain.
Is there food and beverage available for purchase?
Yes. Food trucks and drink stations will be available at the event.
Is there a coat check?
No, due to high-ticket sales there is no coat check available.
What’s the best way to get to the Conservatory of Flowers?
We recommend taking public transportation to the event, if possible. Plan your travel with public transit: www.511.org

The closest MUNI bus is the 5 Fulton which runs until the event ends, plan your travel with public transit: www.511.org
Is parking available?
Parking is available in front of the Conservatory on John F. Kennedy Drive (south) and Conservatory Drive (north, west, and east). However, space is extremely limited so public transit or services like Lyft and Uber are encouraged, using 100 John F. Kennedy drive as our drop off or pick up location.
Is bike parking available?
There are two bicycle racks at the Conservatory: one in the Dahlia Garden on the East side of the building, and one near the restrooms on Conservatory Drive West.
I’m a member or interested in joining. Do I get a discount?
Yes you do! Conservatory members receive discounted admission at select events. For Night Bloom, members receive $15 off admission.
I’m a member. How do I receive a discount on my ticket?
Please enter your membership number during the Eventbrite checkout process when purchasing your ticket.
I’m having problems entering my member code on Eventbrite. Where do I enter it?
On the ticket window in Eventbrite, enter your membership number in the “Enter Promotional Code” field. It appears on the top right corner in blue. For a step by step guide, please visit this link.
Is photography allowed at Night Bloom?
Photos at Night Bloom are allowed for personal use only. Photos cannot be used for commercial purposes. Monopod, tripods, and selfie sticks are not permitted at the Conservatory of Flowers as pathways must remain clear.
